Overview

Slat conveyors are among the most widely used conveyors in industry because they carry almost anything - components, assemblies, waste and scrap - including loads that would damage a belt.

The body is fabricated from pressed sections with chain guides. Slats are made from pressed sheet metal, or rolled sections for heavy-duty applications, with aprons or carrier plates for positive movement of material even on inclines. Individual slats can be dismantled quickly for maintenance or replacement.

Construction options include MS painted or powder-coated finish, or SS-304 for food products and chemicals. Standard, reputed drive units with fixed or variable speed match the conveyor to your production rate.
