Overview

Counting large quantities of components by hand is slow, labour-intensive and error-prone. Unique Products has developed an effective automatic counting system that does the job for you.

A hopperised feeder conveyor holds components in bulk and progressively feeds them to a belt conveyor, where every component is counted accurately. A control panel with an electronic digital counter is set to the desired quantity - when the count is reached the machine stops automatically and gives an indication and alarm.

Variable speed handles different volumes, and sizes and configurations are custom designed to suit your components - ideal for bearings, automotive parts and many other high-volume products.
