Overview
Powered roller conveyors move different types of components quickly and effortlessly, with minimal manual involvement. Rollers are machined, fitted with sealed ball bearings and driven positively through duplex sprockets and chain drive.
Geared motors with fixed or variable speed match the line to your production requirement. The structure is fabricated in standard ISMC with adjustable legs; rollers are standard ERW pipe in MS galvanised or SS-304, with bearing fittings precisely machined on CNC for smooth running.
The optimised system shown combines a heavy-duty, variable-speed powered roller conveyor with an automatic drum filling station. Similar custom-designed lines are possible for weighing and filling, assembly, painting, labelling, packing and other processes.
