Magnetic Coolant Filter
Continuous separation of ferrous contamination from coolants and oils. 30 to 3000 LPM, with rare earth options 4-5 times more powerful.
View detailsHydrostatic principle filter that occupies 60-70% less floor space than gravity types, with higher filtering efficiency. 50 to 2000 LPM.

Unique compact band filters are designed on the hydrostatic principle. They offer a higher degree of filtering efficiency compared to gravity type filters, and occupy 60 to 70% less space - a considerable advantage on a crowded shop floor.
The semi-circular shaped conveyor belt with positive drive ensures proper filtration and discharge of contaminants without slippage. Indexing of the paper is fully automatic through a float switch mechanism and geared motor.
A clean coolant tank with supply pumps and preliminary magnetic filters can be supplied as add-ons. Flow rates range from 50 LPM to 2000 LPM.
