Overview
Unique chip crushers are compact in design and efficient in working. The crushers can be integrated with a conveyor system or used as an independent unit.
The rotary cutters, single or multiple type, are made of special alloy steel and heat treated for longer life and very effective cutting of scrap. The bearings are suitable for absorbing shock loads, and the geared motor is of extra heavy duty design to facilitate cutting of heavy spirals and tough chips.
The shredder cuts the chips into a smaller size which can then be used for further processing through a centrifuge or for briquetting. Shredded chips also help drastically reduce storage space, are less hazardous to handle, and aid environmental protection while meeting safety norms.
