Overview

This machine is designed for rapid, inline washing of rings, circular items and similar components - completely without manual attention.

Components are fed directly into the machine by a pneumatically operated mechanism that ensures proper orientation and feeds at the desired rate. They travel up an inclined conveyor belt through a series of high-pressure jets, are dried of excess wash media by an air blower, and discharge clean.

Heaters for the wash media, a skimmer and an inline filter further improve washing quality. The whole system is PLC controlled, making it flexible and dependable - widely used in bearing and automobile manufacturing industries.
