Hydro cyclone filters are a simple and economic means of filtration for coolants and oils, separating particles of both ferrous and non-ferrous nature.
Because there are no moving parts, the unit requires no consumables at all. Separation is achieved by centrifugal force created by a pump and vortex. The contaminants are discharged through the orifice and collected in a bin, and the filtered coolant is supplied back to the machine.
Flow rates vary from 50 LPM to 500 LPM, available with single or multiple cyclone units.
